BCIT Nursing January 2016 Applicants

Published

Hi Everyone!

I just decided to make this thread because I'm looking for some advice/insight on what more to do to get into the BCIT Nursing Program. I'm finishing up my last pre-req (BPK 325 at SFU) this semester and want to apply for the January 2016 intake. I have recently started volunteering at Nursing home and will have 50 hours by June and I currently have 50+ hours volunteering with the city of Surrey.

Any advice would be great! Thanks :)

Are you going to accept kwantlen that's a gamble? I don't have to decide yet until we hear back from BCIT, but if they offer me, I'll take it in a heartbeat. In my opinion, If you think you're confident to get into BCIT, go for it :) good luck

Is everybody excited? Only 1 more week left! :nailbiting:

I just got my conditional acceptance! Good luck to the rest of you! :)

Received my acceptance!!! I'm super excited to meet everyone in January :)

Are all acceptances conditional? I am still in school this term at UBC, do I have an average I'd need to maintain?

omg me too! Im dying right now! So excuse to meet everyone!

Hey everyone, I just received my acceptance email and I'm so excited about starting this new part of my life :cat: Did anyone else get their email? There seems to be a bunch of stuff that needs to be done before we start class. Hope I don't forget anything :X

I'm so nervous now.. I thought they won't send out emails until October 30? Congrats to u guys.. Wish the rest of us good luck

Yeah I was really surprised too as I wasn't expecting anything until the very end of Oct. But maybe they're sending the emails out in waves?

I'm feeling so overwhelmed with happiness!! I'm accepted into the program as well!! Super excited to meet all of you! :) Good luck to everyone else still waiting for the results

Yay! Congrats to you too!

I got an email last week saying I was non-offer :( I'm going to take my LIBS and try again. If you haven't heard anything yet, maybe that's good news!
