Hi Everyone!
I just decided to make this thread because I'm looking for some advice/insight on what more to do to get into the BCIT Nursing Program. I'm finishing up my last pre-req (BPK 325 at SFU) this semester and want to apply for the January 2016 intake. I have recently started volunteering at Nursing home and will have 50 hours by June and I currently have 50+ hours volunteering with the city of Surrey.
Any advice would be great! Thanks :)
Just finished the questionnaire, it was alright but I went a minute over scrambling to check everything over. I am surprised there wasn't an automatic timer. Anyways its good to be done woot woot
Good luck to everyone!!!!
@Astrogirl I went over the word limit for a couple questions.
Well let the waiting game begin haha
@Sood, I didn't have a running timer on my quiz. Although the introduction said the quiz had a 90 minute limit, the actual quiz had no time limit. I personally timed myself and made sure I handed it in before the time cut-off.
Question: can you guys still review your quiz after handing it in?

I wonder if anyone of you also got accepted in another school for January (i.e langara)?
I received an offer to Kwantlen's program for January and they are asking me to pay the deposit by October 27. The cover letter from BCIT said we will be notified of our status by October 30, so I'm really hoping we hear back from BCIT asap.
How's your situation mickey24?

I've finished answering the non-cognitive questionnaire... was anybody notified if time was up? It looked like I used up more than 90 min but there was no notification. The questions were based on personal skills and experiences. Anywho... Good luck to everyone who made it to the shortlist and let's hope most of us here get through the final round and receive our conditional acceptance letter by Oct 30. Fingers cross.
