BCIT nursing applicant August 2016 intake

Hello AN community! Can you please relieve my stress about having a chance to get in to BCIT? what gpa do I need? I admit I am not the perfect straight A student but I have work and volunteer experience so I am hoping my experience will support my acceptance - is that naive?

Congratulations to those who got accepted! I have already accepted my seat at Trinity Western U for this coming fall but I was surprised and thrilled to get accepted to BCIT. Best of luck to those who are currently wait-listed. Don't lose hope!

It is a closed group within BCIT so you will need your BCIT email address to join. I deleted the first one I made. This new group is linked to BCIT

Congrats guys. I just got an email saying that I have been placed among the top 10 on the hold list and that my chances of getting in are pretty good. I hope I get the chance to meet you all in the fall. Fingers crossed!

I was accepted for the January 2016 program and deferred it to the August intake. Does anyone have an idea when we should hear back from residence? I will be moving to Burnaby from Ontario!!
