  1. Hey Guys, I was top 10 on the wait list and I just got a call this morning to offer me a spot! Look forward to meeting you all in the fall!
  2. Not yet! I think the people who were accepted had two weeks to secure their spot, so I'm assuming two weeks after the acceptance letters were sent out is when we should start hearing back!
  3. Thank you. They sent an email to my bcit address.
  4. Congrats guys. I just got an email saying that I have been placed among the top 10 on the hold list and that my chances of getting in are pretty good. I hope I get the chance to meet you all in the fall. Fingers crossed!
  5. I was wait listed as well! I called admissions and they said they couldn't tell me what number I was, or how many people total on the wait list! I guess we'll just have to wait it out. Good luck to anyone accepted!
  6. Haven't heard anything yet. I've been checking about every 10 minutes even though I know it will probably still be another week at least before any word. I'm surprised to hear there were only 320 applicants as in previous years there were upwards of 700!
  7. Glad you were able to get your questionnaire submitted! Best of luck.
  8. It was relatively straight forward, all the info you need is in the email that was sent. Hope it goes well! I suppose it's just a waiting game now. I'm going nuts already.
  9. Has anybody completed the questionnaire yet? I just submitted it and am feeling very anxious!
  10. Congratulations, everyone! I've been shortlisted as well. Very exciting stuff!
  11. Congrats @leefion ! That's very exciting. No news yet on this end, based on previous years' posts I think we should be hearing back around the beginning of April. Fingers crossed!
  12. Hey guys! I've applied to BCIT for fall as well. I was accepted to school in Calgary but then my boyfriend accepted a job in Vancouver so fingers crossed! I'm curious about GPA and experience as well. I have about 5 months work experience in a medical clinic and roughly a 3.30 GPA. I'm worried about not having much volunteer experience as I've noticed it seemed to be an asset in previous years. Good luck to everyone and hopefully I'll be meeting you all in the fall!
