As today is the first day to apply to BCIT for April 2020, I thought I'd start up a forum!
Is anyone else having trouble applying today?? I get an error message saying "No intakes are available at this time. Check your program's Entry page to find out when to apply." But today is June 1st??
Heard back today, non offer sadly. I’m not really sure what to do now... keep doing courses to gain credits? But I’m currently at Langara and I’d have to eventually transfer out to get a bachelors. I don’t want to spend another 3 years on doing a bachelors then trying for BCIT again. I was planning on doing a 6 mo certificate or something but do you think that will higher my chances significantly or no?

Hi Mindy!
I hope you are doing fine. It is okay, you can apply again!
Also, if you are worried, maybe you can look into applying for LPN at VCC. My friend is doing that! Although it may not be as ideal as your original plan, but it is a step closer to becoming a nurse.
Btw did you get an email for the decision? I do not have any updates yet...

Sorry to hear! Just keep working towards getting credits if this is the direction you want to go!
Did you get an email with the non-offer?
