Baylor Scott & White Nurse Residency Program Winter 2023

Hey, I just made this to talk about the upcoming applications to Baylor!

 I couldnt attend the Grad Nurse Expo for the North Texas region, so if somebody did, could you message me with some details of the information shared there? 

Also, did they ever say what was the pay for this Grad residency program? Id really appreciate it!

May I ask if anyone could give me a BSW recruiter’s information that is NOT Anthony Ramos? I’ve only heard of bad things about him never responding to calls or e-mails until the last-minute.

which region are you applying for? I think each area has a different recruiter

Anthony Ramos works for the DFW area, like Dallas, Fort Worth, Grapevine, Irving, etc. I’d like to connect with a different recruiter from the same area as well.

Has anyone tried to negotiate their offer? I’ve heard from a couple people that were offered positions that their rate is $29.50. Curious to see if anyone has or know of someone who’s tried or if the set rate is that?

the offer says it’s non negotiable. it is $28 with no experience or $29.50 with some hospital experience
