Baylor Scott & White Nurse Residency Program Winter 2023

Hey, I just made this to talk about the upcoming applications to Baylor!

 I couldnt attend the Grad Nurse Expo for the North Texas region, so if somebody did, could you message me with some details of the information shared there? 

Also, did they ever say what was the pay for this Grad residency program? Id really appreciate it!

That’s crazy cos mine was Monday morning and she told me there was no available interview spots. Maybe some people dropped? 
but I ended up getting scheduled for Dallas womens services interview which was kind of my first choice location and specialty anyway.

Maybe or they may have opened up a few more spots? There was options for grapevine and irving but I chose irving since it was a little closer. Is yours a panel interview for Dallas or a specific specialty like antepartum, L&D?

She didn’t say it was specific. Just “womens services” 

I found out the pay rate is $28 per hour for anyone that was wondering

Wow 28 ? My classmate just got an job offer for L&D she said her pay is $29.50

Yeah it’s $28 with no experience. I think if you have hospital experience it’s a little more

Oh wow, thanks for the update! I wonder how much they offer for night and weekend differentials?

Evening: 3pm – 11pm   $3.50 

ii. Night: 11pm – clock out  $5

iii. Weekend: Friday 7 PM- Monday 7 AM  $6

I just found out it’s for antepartum. Got an email with info about the interview.
