Baylor Scott & White Nurse Residency Program Winter 2023

Hey, I just made this to talk about the upcoming applications to Baylor!

 I couldnt attend the Grad Nurse Expo for the North Texas region, so if somebody did, could you message me with some details of the information shared there? 

Also, did they ever say what was the pay for this Grad residency program? Id really appreciate it!

I interviewed for labor and delivery at bumc and all saints

You were able to schedule for both? That's awesome! The recruiter only let me schedule one. If you don't mind me asking, how was it? When will you be notified if you got the position at either hospital?

it went great! it was a very relaxed interview. one manager said I’d be a great fit and I’d hear from the recruiter it’ll just take some time so hopefully soon!

That is so good, I hope you get it!! What kind of questions did they ask and was it with one manager or multiple?

it was just the one manager! there were 6-7 behavioral questions that were very basic. it was only about 20 minutes

Hello!

Received a call from the recruiter yesterday (15th) to prescreen and schedule an interview for the ICU in Round Rock. Had to send surveys to 3 references of choice. Recruiter said they will contact the day after interview to discuss offer or decline.

When did you have your phone interview with the recruiter to schedule for the actual interview?
