Baylor Scott & White February 2020 Nurse Residency

Hey y'all! Wanted to go ahead and start a thread for those of us who are applying to Baylor S&W's Nurse Residency Program in Texas! Thought this would be a great place for us to keep each other updated throughout the application process ?

I applied when the apps opened on September 1st, and received an email requesting a digital interview on September 3rd! Haven't completed it yet. Let me know where y'all are at in the application process!

Hey!

I applied September first as well and got a video interview before I finished filling out the application, which was weird. I did it on Monday! This is my second time applying, so I’m hoping I hear something back this time. I’d say do the video interview soon. Last time it seemed like people I knew that did theirs right away got a call back. I waited a week and did not get a call back. Good luck to everyone and hopefully we hear something soon!

Not bad! It was like 8 questions. Most were just your preferences and what you wanted to do. You get three chances per question so you have plenty of time to think of an answer!

Hi everyone! I just finished my digital interview for Mclane Children's Hospital. I applied Sep 3 and received the invitation the same day.

I received an invite for a phone interview and had it this past Monday. There is a Graduate nurse expo next Saturday that the recruiter suggested going to!

Oh, congratulations, that's awesome!! How long after your digital interview did you get the phone interview? Thanks for letting me know about the nurse expo too! I will definitely be there.
