I was just wondering if there is anyone else applying for the 2014 spring program. It's my first time applying to a nursing school so I'm excited! My HESI is overall average 86% (not that great) and overall gpa 3.7, also I'd be considered a transfer student. Hope to hear from ya'll!
I did not hear anything about a deposit and was a bit confused on that. :/ -Good to know this is something I didn't completely miss! Yay for something to not have to pay the deposit! (I'm a Transfer).
I feel like I've paid for so much already and the semester hasn't even started yet! Lol!
Are you by chance looking for a roommate? I am also going to be at the Baylor Nursing School in spring 2014 and am looking for someone to rent a 2 bedroom/2 bath with. I have come up to Dallas a few times to tour apartment complexes and really loved the Broadstone Ambrose located right by the nursing school. The 2 bedroom/2 bath run anywhere from $1375-$1650 so they are definitely under your price range. These are unfurnished but really nice, spacious apartments!
I am a transfer student and i had to pay the deposit but i dont already have a bachelor degree, so i guess that excludes me. btw i was wondering who all was looking into moving into the marquis apartments? I am really thinking about it don't really have too much time left since the app is due november 1st. i wouldnt mind rooming either but Micah_Click is that price per month?
Has anyone looked into The Camden at Farmers Market? Its like 7 min away from the campus and have better pricing options than the Broadstone? I've actually already paid the deposit for a one bedroom loft, but am willing to get a roommate and switch it to a 2bed/2bath. If anyone is interested!
I know many of you are searching for apartments and I am not sure what your budget may be but I found these apts that offer short-term leasing. The apartment also comes furnished!

Thanks Asheiko and Bstillo. So the only check I sent along with the orientation packet was for the Badges. I am not missing anything right! I know the deposit ($500) has to be paid online.

Welcome AsiaW! Iam glad that we are all able to discuss things before the session even starts.
