well, when I contacted them they said that the Background check is in process and they'll sent us a letter for fingerprinting, in couple of weeks. Have you all submitted the Baylor application?

Oh I thought that someone was supposed to contact us for it? But I guess at least its in the process! I had originally applied for general admission for the fall semester at Baylor cause I didn't know we were supposed to do it the other way around. I was emailed recently to re-activate my app for the spring and did so.

has anyone paid the deposit or know how what the process is to pay the deposit? @bstillo, I did. The test was not that bad I took it thursday and received an email from the one of the advisors in waco today that they received my scores and that I received credits for both semesters of spanish. Taking the test was so much cheaper than paying for a class and a book.

Hey guys!! Hope you all are doing well and that you enjoyed your summer. I still haven't received anything regarding the background check via email so I'm hoping I get it this week! They had contacted me in late July but I haven't heard anything since. Since it's the last week of August that means our pre-nursing day is quickly approaching and we can all finally say hello in person lol Hope you're all enjoying your last fall semester before nursing school. Micro is already scaring me and we're only in the 2nd week - hahaha

Hi everyone!

My name is Haley, and I've also been accepted to Baylor nursing for the upcoming spring semester. I am so excited! Does anyone have ideas of where good places are to live? I have been looking in Addison and Uptown, but does anyone have ideas anywhere else in Dallas that are safe and not above $900 a month? I know it is too early to sign a lease, but I'm just so excited so I figured I oculd get ideas!

@Ashieko, Im sure you'll hear from them soon! Micro is an interesting class and personally found it easier than a&p! lol just me though..

@haleysexton, congrats to you and welcome! Out of curiosity are you from the Dallas area? Personally, uptown is too expensive (for me at least) and addison is a little out of the way (traffic makes it worst). I've been looking into The Marquis on Gaston, The Broadstone Ambrose, and The Vue on Live Oak- all of these are in very close proximity to Baylor which is my goal but they all have good/bad reviews (I look at that kind of stuff lol) so idk, but once we all meet on Pre-Nursing day hopefully we can figure out who wants to rent together etc. I would def be willing to get a 2bed/2bath with a roomate. But nothing is for sure at this moment, so we'll see. I just don't want to end up with 2 people per bed/bath! lol not for me...
