So I had a VERY NEGATIVE initial contact with this college. Through just ONE conversation it's apparent that this school is a for-profit. After calling the school I was transferred to their Atlanta campus...The guy answered the phone "are you coming to a information session" which COMPLETELY through me off....no hello, thank you for calling Atlanta...blah blah etc.. it was INFO session info session. He continued to cut me off, avoid all questions. and even got SNAPPY with me. Their customer service is absolutely a turn off and I don't believe this school will be a top choice for me. smh some people do not need to be in customer service... I could NOT believe this guy. Take a PTO day if you don't want to work.
I went to bauder info session this past tuesday, ms.lanier stated the adn was full for november and didnt dknow when another begins. Which is kinda stupid because why am i applying if you dont know when another opens up. Anyhow i was interested in lpn so no biggie. She stated there were a few spots left for lpnaugust. I took the wonderlic got a 23 it was pretty easy, math i suck at hands down so i was betting on my reading only. I go in, this morning to take kaplan test...never heard of that test and since she offered me to test for it so soon, im assuming its doesnt require much studying. You have to get 50% of the math right and 50% reading. Then i assume i take interviews,....
I sure can! I found alot of info by doing a lil research. It's a BSN program, 36months long, no waiting list. The program starts in January. They accept about 32 students....I think it may be more since this is a new program. They require the TEAS and you sign up for the TEAS the day of the informational if youre interested in applying. All the pre-reqs are taught there, the gen. ed pre-reqs that have to be completed with a C or better are A&P one and two, Micro, College Algebra and Stats, Chem too...just general Chem. All the gen ed. courses are taught once accepted. From what I found by my research is that they accept students based off of a point system. You get "x" amount of points for having a certain GPA and a "x" amt of pts for the test score on the TEAS. It is kinda pricey, which is expected, but the cost can be reduced depending of what classes you have to transfer over. I hope this helps...I'm attending the informational on the 22nd of this month at 6....it's in Buckhead...near Lenox Mall.
great info! now the question would be (for me atleast) can i wait 3 years to finish up.....or do a 15 months program to start sooner and to a rn-bsn bride..... def thinking of the latter of the 2:cool: i'm going to the info session on the 22nd at 11am i believe so we will see! I passed the KPT so we'll see how it goes from here.

Hi Phrozenon; so if you have a bachelor's degree, you won't have any pre-reqs?????? If so, that's cool!!!!!!!
