Barry CRNA Starting 2017

Just thought I'd start a thread for all of us applying! I'm planning on completing my application pretty soon. Taking the CCRN this week, and then I'll be ready to go! :o How are you all faring?

Also, does anyone know anything about the Tampa campus? I'm going to try and go for that one.

so my friend in the program said that the director was at the Orlando campus the other day and told them to tell those interested in CRNA that there are a lot of spots open and "NOW is the time to apply to try to get in." I hope that's true! And I hope not many more people apply, so it boosts our chances for admission

Yeah, I'm in Tampa, and it seems like when the class of 2018 began, orlando's numbers dropped significantly. I have my theories, but i digress. They might turn the info meeting into an interview if you meet the requirements. They really need committed people for Orlando. Very difficult site, clinically, from what I understand.

I think I used the Kaplan book. I did a solid 2 weeks of studying beforehand. I think the scores suffer r/t test fatigue. So do a lot of practice tests.

Thanks for the responses. I have everything required and a solid GRE. At this point my mind is playing tricks on me and I keep telling myself I probably said something wrong in the interview, but I'm sure all is well. Two days post interview and the waiting it already killing me!

Where did you get the information that the informational session in Orlando may turn into an interview? What makes the Orlando site more difficult than others?

Not sure they didn't say anything during the 4/15 interview.

Just shot gunned an app right now. I was told there are still open spots and if my transcripts are dated prior to May 1 I may be good to go! We will see what happens.
