Good Habits- Making time to talk to strangers ( I learned this during my first semester of clinicals) I tend to be more open to talk to a lot of people, and I like to think it makes a difference!
Note-taking and studying- must have good habit in nursing school, but I have definitely improved!
Bad Habits-
SLEEPING. I hardly ever sleep at night. I have a very difficult time (actually, it's impossible) sleeping if I do not think I am fully prepared for the next day (test, quiz, clinical) the whole "Ill study later" thing doesnt work for me. BUT. I nap like it is my job, 3 or 4 hour naps during the school year in between work and classes.
And eating- I definitely am not the healthiest person in the world. I went from 135- 170lbs my freshman year because of stress eating
My suggestion is try taking up exercise as a hobby! Zumba is a great way to take your mind off school, let a little steam out, have a little fun & burn off that mcdonalds you grabbed last week after clinicals
