It's no secret that I didn't take this job for the money. I took it for the hours, the benefits, and the pension.

I just found out about yet another AWESOME benefit! Through my health insurance, I can sign up for a fitness program and pay $25/month to go to almost any local gym. I don't even have to pick just one gym! I can go to Anytime Fitness today and then to the YMCA tomorrow with the same membership card! I'm super excited! I run and I own a treadmill, but I want to use the weight machines! I can't wait to go! Friday will probably be the first time I can use it, but I will be going there right after work!

I don't get insurance through my work as its cheaper through my husbands job (state insurance). They have lots of perks too. But a gym membership is really nice! Enjoy!

What a wonderful benefit. I wish we had something like that and how cool that you can go to several different gyms and try them out. That is just so neat!
