Hello Everyone
I am more anxious than I've ever been in my life, or at least one of the most anxious times. It is 10:47am and I've just finished a pass/fail test in the second quarter of my LPN program. The test is officially over at 11am We should know our results in about an hour.
I never know if I've passed these exams until I get my grade. So all I can say now is that I think I passed but I may have failed. I am as confused in person as that sounds in writing.
In the back of my mind, I am making contingency plans; such as going to another school in another city w/o a long waiting list for LPN's; getting into a local university asap for RN; going to a vocational school to be a medical assistant or phlebotomist, etc. I have my heart set on becoming an LPN, then an RN. I never knew Nursing school would be as hard as it has been. I was an "A" student, (operative word "was")
I've prayed, cried, and studied, so I can just hope for the best.
My hopes and prayers are with all of you who are going through similar times.
I passed!!! Along with everyone in my class except one person.
Well I passed my 3rd quarter final exams last Monday. I was not as nervous as last quarter. See my previous post. I am the only poster, but I wanted a printed "memoir" of my anxieties. Did (does) anyone else have or had "awaiting test results anxiety"
