I was wondering if anybody has signed up with AVANT HEALTHCARE PROFFESIONALS, a USA based agency for NURSES and PTs, which currently sponsors NCLEX-passers. Any updates with your application?

I have started this thread thinking we could update on the process that you are undergoing since US visa bulletin is fast moving.

For those who signed up with AVANT, please. Share your experience with them here.

Thank you for your input. Agreeed with all what was said. However after they filed my petion for EB3 visa afer a RFE i was denied. I git my receipt number from a document the sent me to fill in to respond to RFE. I saw my case status but they have not informed me of the denial yet. The thing is avant does not prepare you for denial of petition. when you speak to them its like "you should be in the USa within 9 to 12 months after your petition is filed. No one prepares you for denial of petetion

Avant told me that they got a RFE in july this year. But the only replied on September 7. The RFE was something about my relationship with the company. But when i check my case i saw i was denied. email them but no answer yet

Hi all. Thanks For your feedbacks. I was sent a contract a few days ago and I'm in the process review to decide if signing or not. Anybody knows How much is For breach of contract? For another agency is 45.000 usd more or less...

Dear allstarnurse1, thank you very much For your feedback. I received a contract a few days ago and I'm now going through it before signing. I really would love to Know How much i should pay Avant in case of a breach of contract but i suppose we'll never Know...best regards

Hello I am with Avant since Feb 2017 and I am about to take the NCLEX on Dec 2017. Is anyone here from Philippines who is also with Avant and will take the exam Dec? Thanks.
