immigration process, pre arrival courses, vaccination, consular appoints interviews then USA

Avant told me that they got a RFE in july this year. But the only replied on September 7. The RFE was something about my relationship with the company. But when i check my case i saw i was denied. email them but no answer yet

my petition also got denied. Filed in march, had RFE and September still denied. WHAT is the next step. Anyone got approval after first being denied .

do you mind sharing what the process for you was on arrival to orlando for the transition program. When did you know what state you were going to etc

Thank you for your input. Agreeed with all what was said. However after they filed my petion for EB3 visa afer a RFE i was denied. I git my receipt number from a document the sent me to fill in to respond to RFE. I saw my case status but they have not informed me of the denial yet. The thing is avant does not prepare you for denial of petition. when you speak to them its like "you should be in the USa within 9 to 12 months after your petition is filed. No one prepares you for denial of petetion
