I was wondering if anybody has signed up with AVANT HEALTHCARE PROFFESIONALS, a USA based agency for NURSES and PTs, which currently sponsors NCLEX-passers. Any updates with your application?

I have started this thread thinking we could update on the process that you are undergoing since US visa bulletin is fast moving.

For those who signed up with AVANT, please. Share your experience with them here.

CTFL means Crossing the Finish Line. Its almost the last part of the Phase 2 of the Avant's program. What phase are you at already?

Hi fellow Nurses, I'm new in this forum, I have read all of your posts. I sent an online application with Avant and has done screening exams 2 days ago but haven't heard from them yet, I am wondering what will happen incase I did not make it to the screening exams, I noticed that after I took the screening exams I am not able to log in into the LearnUpon, is this normal because I'm thinking I didn't pass the exam and the reason why I cannot log in anymore. Any comment will be much appreciated.

the learnupon portal has an expiry date of 7-14days, so it is normal. You will definitely hear from them. Patience. Hope that helps?

Hello everyone, I'm from Philippines. I have also signed up with Avant and I'm done with the interview but I'm scheduled again for another interview with an RN. Anyone in the same boat? What questions do I have to expect? I would love to hear your feedback. Thanks!:)

Hi @sheenaaaang may i know what's the initial interview about? thanks! als, if i may ask, do applicants get to choose which state they want to be assigned?

Hi there @beeone, it's basically about the resume you sent them, your work experience, a background of the facility and area that you are currently working, your skills and how often do you perform it, common cases you encounter and common medications you give. I don't know if applicants have the option to choose a state, I still haven't asked about that yet.
