Avant Healthcare

Published

I was wondering if anybody has signed up with AVANT HEALTHCARE PROFFESIONALS, a USA based agency for NURSES and PTs, which currently sponsors NCLEX-passers. Any updates with your application?

I have started this thread thinking we could update on the process that you are undergoing since US visa bulletin is fast moving.

For those who signed up with AVANT, please. Share your experience with them here.

Thank you!

Hi there @beeone, it's basically about the resume you sent them, your work experience, a background of the facility and area that you are currently working, your skills and how often do you perform it, common cases you encounter and common medications you give. I don't know if applicants have the option to choose a state, I still haven't asked about that yet.

Hi. I just want to ask, how many days after the interview will Avant contact you to tell If you pass tulhe interview? Thanks! 😊✌️

Hi @allstarnurse1 any update regarding the breach of contract?

Dear allstarnurse1, thank you very much For your feedback. I received a contract a few days ago and I'm now going through it before signing. I really would love to Know How much i should pay Avant in case of a breach of contract but i suppose we'll never Know...best regards

Hey guys! I still have no idea.

I have not breached the contract, and I don't plan to. But if something came up, it would be nice to know what my options are.

Hello @Randemure :) Yes, it is very challenging. Every after reading each module you must take the exam and get 70% or up but still you must aim higher. Phase 2 is more intense all books they have provided will be used. Thanks and best of luck to you too. Yes, I will be taking the NCLEX in Manila. In your case if you are in KSA probably the nearest testing center there. Lets pray we will pass this one. :) Alright? Think Positive.

Hello...you have friends who are with Avant and I'm the US already? How are doin there now?

Hi! Avant Healthcare was my agency when i came to the US in Sept 2006. They paid for my NCLEX in Hongkong and airfare to the US. When i got here they housed me with other RNs in an apartment in Florida and gave us $20 allowance everyday. I brought my family with me to California and left them for Florida so i can do my training. We did some immersion to US culture and made us do ACLS certification and follow nurses at a nursing home. But after 3 weeks they still haven't found any hospital for me. So i went back to California with my family in my aunt's house. January came and still no interview for me. So I got a lawyer and paid off my contract. So I was able to look for work on my own in California.

That took you so long and even left you family for training. It is never an assurance when you get there you will have a job immediately. Good thing you consulted your case to a lawyer. But I hope this one mine will go smoothly. Thanks by the way.
