Austin Community College (ACC) ADN Fall 2021

Hi there! I know it's pretty early but I thought it would be nice to create a thread for all of us who will be applying for the Fall 2021 cohort, keep each other up to date on upcoming deadlines, and this whole process in general.

Hope y'all are keeping safe and staying sane during these wild times.

Really hope we can get rankings early in the week next week. Would be anxious waiting til just before the weekend to have everything sent.

Question for those that are reapplying and have already taken the skills class. Is skills considered an extra degree plan course? I thought last time some had their GPA multiplied by 8 because they had Skills done. Am I crazy?

I believe skills was multiplied on my ranking plan.

I had skills, 4 pre-reqs, and all 3 co-reqs. So yeah I think I was multiplied by 8 instead of 7.

With any luck we shall be getting rankings and maybe acceptance letters, does anyone have a campus preference? 
 

I’m hoping for EVS. Really anywhere but RRC cause it’s an hour away from my home.

@Purienne I’m hoping for RRC! But at this point with how many times I’ve applied I’ll take anything

This is my second time and I think I’ll have like 33 points. Retook a class for a higher grade but it won’t apply this period (forgot about that). Just hoping it’s high enough?

Awesome!! What letter does your last name start with? I’m a “B” so I’m hoping to get mine soon.

My last name ends with a B and I got my ranking too

I got my ranking and last name starts with E

I wish it was closer ;-;. My second choice will be CEC and fingers crossed. Austin to Round rock would be traffic-central.
