I had to defer my acceptance this go around because I’m pregnant. I’ll hopefully be starting in January - can someone share what this upcoming semesters schedule looks like so I can have an idea of the amount of time away from home I’ll be spending?

When is it that we should hear back from the school about our ability to sign up for the nursing skills class? Also, for those who are re-applying and already took the class, any tips?

I'm getting very worried with 3rd-time applicants coming in. What was your score without the HESI? I really wish they would just up the available spots.. sigh.

I would say 2 days for vaccinations, less for the other requirements. Last night at around 11 pm I uploaded my technical standards, BON eligibility form, and information session verification and they all got approved this morning.

Hey Deanna! Do you know what your total scores were (minus the HESI I guess now) for your last two applications? Just want to see what they're aiming for as the minimum. Third time's a charm!

That's what I've been explained. I'm hoping they are wrong or enough people drop/defer to make that not be the case but... I, unfortunately, don't have my hopes up

So for those who don't know, the HESI requirements have been waived for Fall 2021 applicants as well. This, unfortunately, means that the odds of new applicants getting in this cohort are slim to none. After messaging with Cindy she let me know there are no slots saved specifically for new applicants and everyone is ranked equally. That signifies that if a reapplicant got their grades up on the 2nd try and now has a 4.0 and no HESI requirement - they have 5 points ahead of a new applicant who also has a 4.0. And they're only accepting 160 students. So, that sucks.

Hi there! I know it's pretty early but I thought it would be nice to create a thread for all of us who will be applying for the Fall 2021 cohort, keep each other up to date on upcoming deadlines, and this whole process in general. Hope y'all are keeping safe and staying sane during these wild times.
