Published

Has anybody else applied to Augusta University for the doctoral anesthesia program starting in 2019? Looking to start a discussion regarding the application/acceptance process.

I just submitted my application this morning.

I just submitted my application as well!

3.699 BSN GPA, 149 verbal 149 quant 4.0 writing, will have 2 years SICU by enrollment...applied!

I've got a 3.96 BSN GPA, 298 on the GRE, will have had 1 year and 3 months by time of enrollment. Has anyone else had problems with NursingCAS? All my documents were reviewed last month, but the system is listing my application as unverified for some reason. My application is still unverified and a rep from NursingCAS told me it was a system issue that she had to submit a support ticket for. I'm still waiting to hear back.

3.55 undergrad GPA, 311 GRE, will have 2 years and 5 months PICU experience by the time the program starts. My NursingCAS stuff took forever to be "verified". I submitted all my coursework over a month ago and I just got the notification that it finally went through this week. So nervous/excited to hear back about interviews!

3.8 BSN. GRE 307. 3.5 years w/ experience in MICU,CVICU,SICU, NSICU and BICU. CCRN and other certifications. Charge, preceptor and participate in multiple committees. Also have 36+ hours of CRNA shadowing experience. BUT I do have a low science GPA lol I took those classes almost 10 years ago and didnt take them seriously. So I barely made B's, mostly C's on them. I already been denied for 1 school and placed on a waiting list for another. This will be the 3rd school I apply to and hopefully interview for. Good luck everyone! Anyone from TX?

I have my interview on the 21st!

Does anyone know if this program does medical missions abroad? It is a 160k+ program so I'm wondering what else is included in the tuition. I really like their 100% attrition rate, location and clinical sites though.

I have never heard anyone talk about medical missions as an option.what do you like about their clinical sites?

21st of March?

Yes, March 21st is the first set of interviews. I found out in February. This is why they have early registration as a "recommendation " listed on their website. Good luck everyone!
