Hey KatLW.

Thanks so much for the words of encouragement. I wanted to get some clarification on your statement, "It gets harder each year,...". I have made some changes in regards to work experience. I have moved to more renowned hospital with higher acuity patients and now have my CCRN. Are there other tips? I am thinking maybe its my "emotional quotient." I am on the fence if it is better for me to be relaxed and calm, which is how I am or work on being more aggressive in the interview.
