Hi, guys! I have applied to Augusta University's BSN program-Athens Campus for the Fall of 2018 and wanted to start a thread to compare stats and experiences with the application process. Comment below if you are planning on applying or already have applied! I mainly am just so eager to find out if I got in or not. Fingers crossed!
MMA, mine still says ready for review. At this point I'm thinking it's safe to assume I'm either waitlisted or flat out denied. Someone else mentioned the deadline to confirm their spot for the program is Mar 23. Really really kicking myself for waiting so long to apply.... I just was procrastinating the Zeemee video.

Same. Should've done it sooner.
But we gotta keep our heads up & keep on hoping!
Also the deadline is what Danielle said.
Really sucks that Augusta has us put a $200 down payment (that makes our app about $300 for future people looking at this thread!) in such a short amount of time considering how other colleges are slow at letting us know too.
On the upside if we're all waitlisted, that downpayment & short deciding time can really deter others away if they really wanted to go elsewhere.
Well that makes me feel better... 15 days to respond? That's crazy, especially considering they do rolling admission and some people got accepted as early as December! In that case I'm actually really glad to have to wait then, cause Augusta is my 2nd choice, and I really wouldn't want to waste $200 if I got accepted somewhere else. I get why they do it, but that's hefty to hold your spot when other schools don't send out decisions until so much later. Thanks yall, you're making me feel so much better :), lol
danielle2434,
The lab has to be taken in person! I drive once a week to Atlanta but I live like 40 minutes away so it doesn't bother me too bad!! There's no online lab unfortunately but the online lecture portion is super easy so I guess if you don't live near Atl I understand not wanting to drive all that way!
Mma, is it worse that it changed, or at least reassuring that there's an update? Other people who had their campus changed got acceptance letters soon after, so hopefully that's the case for you and if so, congrats! But I also can understand both ways. I hope there's at least a little positive it for you, but I'm sorry that it isn't your first choice I can't attend main campus so I can empathize if having your campus changed is a negative

I saw that there were two going right now. One is the one that we started and the other is Augusta only campus.
