Augusta University BSN Fall 2018 Cohort

Hi, guys! I have applied to Augusta University's BSN program-Athens Campus for the Fall of 2018 and wanted to start a thread to compare stats and experiences with the application process. Comment below if you are planning on applying or already have applied! I mainly am just so eager to find out if I got in or not. Fingers crossed!

Beckyyy, I want to say mine came with my acceptance letter and it's just a page you initial and sign I'm pretty sure

@Ayaya When did you apply?

Me & a friend applied close to the due date & we're speculating that's why our accept/deny is going to be really late lol

Also did you guys recieve the letter in the mail first before your status changed online or the reverse?

My campus used to say main and it was changed to Athens. I hope it means that they are considering me for that campus (since it is my first choice). Although I'm not sure because it still says ready for review. I'm starting to get worried. Congrats to everyone who has gotten in!

@hilly, I applied RIGHT at the due date. Like, day before. All of my stuff was complete and in on Jan 14th I think. I hadnt realized it was rolling admission or else I would have submitted everything sooner... I was just procrastinating. :( every else has said their status online changed before they got their letter.

And MMA97, a couple other people had their campus change and they were admitted, although theirs was changed to main campus I think. So, it might be a good sign!

Ah okay so Ayaya I'm pretty sure we'll be one of the last people to get a status change lol

I know, I just also saw that there were people who submitted in like, November who only just now got status changes. I'm just panicking that all the slots for Athens will get full and I'll be screwed just cause I was being lazy and not submitting. Lol you know, just spending my days stressing out about things out of my control

Dumb question but how do we know what our username is for email? Do they send you one? I'm mailing my confirmation of acceptance back today but was wondering if there was a way to access our email with just the student ID number that comes with the acceptance invitation

It should be listed on the status check page. If not, give them a call. Mine was first letter then last name @augusta.edu

OK! but what do you use for the password the first time you login, the student ID number? Or will it prompt you to set one up?

I wanna say it has something to do with your last name and social security number or your birthday. I called and they helped me with it!
