Hi everyone,
I've been a lurker on allnurses for years, and finally am finishing up school to move forward for my Associates at Broward. Unfortunately, they have totally thrown a monkey wrench in the pre-req requirements, and now I'm going to have to wait until Jan 2015 possibly to get into that program!!!!! I have all pre res done except for the new math, CHM and new Micro pre-req. This is devastating. I'm wondering though, is it possible to take the Micro and Lab in the summer and somehow slip in for the August 2014 program, or am i bananas?
Hi everyone, I am completing my CEU's in ceufast.com, but I noticed that in the form of Broward College it has the TB/OSHA/HEPATITIS to be completed in 6 clock hours. In the website they are all separate and they add up to 5 clock hours instead of 6. I was wondering if anyone has come across the same issue and if so what did they do? I have to turn in all my papers by August 1st any response would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
it's fine you just have to complete an extra ceu...infection control and barrier precautions.
just finished my physical, ppd and had to get another tetnaus shot and I already have my titers completed (i didnt have to pay anything) again I'm just ready to be finished but between working a full time job and spending all my free days getting my son ready for elementary school my time is very limited and trying to complete both processes seems to be taking forever *sighs*
I have a good feeling about north.i think it's doable as long as we put in the time and dedication.knowing that we also have either tues or wed for clinicals helps.i guess that means the other day is no school just studying( I hope). I started reading a little.i want to get more books.it stinks we didn't get any paper info about our classes or clinicals
