AUG 9,14-NYHQ RN open house

hi, anyone of you here joined the open house today and was able to fill in an application? after filling out, they gave me this envelope with some papers about the pharm bok review, etc.. as i was reading it, it says, we'll gonna have ourselves scheduled for the pharm exam.

QUESTION:

do we have to wait a call from them (if chosen)?

this does not guarantee that you are hired right?

please enlighten me..thanks =)

I sure hope the calls will be completed in the next few days. I wonder if they are doing it in the order that you took your exam?

Also got a call today but I forgot if she said to meet with the director or administrator to go over the next steps. Hope its not many...

For everyone who got calls.. did they say what department you were being hired into? Or is the next step still another interview?

Could you let us know if there is any other steps following meeting with the director/administrator when you do meet with them?

For all that passed, did anyone get any info or knows when is orientation. So maybe we can have a time frame of when all of us are suppose to get a call?

I am getting really nervous about not getting a call yet. A friend who made the cut after the last open house in May said these calls after passing the exam are basically to discuss offers. I wonder if everyone who passed will be hired. Are they using a specific criteria to make these calls? I don't know, I am just soo worried right now.

I guess we will find out shortly. Try to be positive. I figure since they called people in waves last time for the pharm test, that they will call people in waves for this? I am not sure. I would think that they have enough positions for those whom they wanted to continue to this round... if not that would royally suck. Heres to thinking positive!!!!
