AUG 9,14-NYHQ RN open house

hi, anyone of you here joined the open house today and was able to fill in an application? after filling out, they gave me this envelope with some papers about the pharm bok review, etc.. as i was reading it, it says, we'll gonna have ourselves scheduled for the pharm exam.

QUESTION:

do we have to wait a call from them (if chosen)?

this does not guarantee that you are hired right?

please enlighten me..thanks =)

I hope you guys are still going forward looking at other opportunities and not just keeping your eggs in just this one basket. Sounds discouraging if you ask me.

Yep! Especially considering Orientation starts the first week in October. It's just soo sad - the whole process.

I got a call today to come in. But I was told that if you did not get a call then emails are being sent out this week and next week stating that either you will be considered for later orientations or good luck with your job search. Did anyone get emails or calls?

And as for emails I guess there is. My friend got an email today stating that Thanks for attending the open house, they had overwhelming amounts of responses and candidates. At this time their fall orientations are full but planning on having more orientation classes later one, that if you want to be considered for the orientations at that time to let them know.

And I can only imagine what the other email looks like.
