hi, anyone of you here joined the open house today and was able to fill in an application? after filling out, they gave me this envelope with some papers about the pharm bok review, etc.. as i was reading it, it says, we'll gonna have ourselves scheduled for the pharm exam.
QUESTION:
do we have to wait a call from them (if chosen)?
this does not guarantee that you are hired right?
please enlighten me..thanks =)
goodluck to us =)

My understanding was that they will send an email on Monday for reference checks. After that they will call and set up an appointment to take the test. And if you pass and your reference/background check is good they will offer a position. I believe there is about 100 final applicants for 60 RN jobs
really? that's a lot, hopefully we're one of them that will be given the opportunity to work still, kinda nervous about that interview, paperworks thing hopefully everything will be ok. coz when i finished all those papers, i gave it to the lady and she didnt say anything after that that's why i asked.. thanks by the way.

Yea, super nervous especially the interview process. But what I understand is if u pass the pharm and reference check UR GOOD! But I have a question how is the pay there, yearly? Plus BSN pay is what a dollar extra...idk understand sorry?
Also how is the reputation there, employee satisfaction, is it unionize ?
on that note, i think base rate plus the BSN i think??not really sure.. that I was looking for as i was going thru that paper they gave earlier if RN's have union... hope they have. with regards the reputation, employee satisfaction, etc., have no idea as well coz i was just looking on available open houses and saw this.. hopefully everything will be ok..wer u one of the early birds earlier?
I didn't come super early..I heard ppl was there since 7pm..I came when they say they were going to start. But WOW what a line, some ppl left just as they saw the line. B/C I was over hearing that they was not accepting any more nurses just resume. Luckily I stayed and looked for myself..which I so happy I did.
So happy hopefully it pans out, so sick of looking and appliying for jobs

If you don't mind my asking, who relayed this information to you?
I believe there is a round of second interviews if they're interested after the background check and references.
when i arrived earlier, the seats in the lobby were almost packed..im sure they're there 7am
