ATL Residency Spring 2024

Published

Hi just wanted to start a thread for nurse residencies for Spring 2024 in Atlanta. I've applied to CHOA, Emory, Northside, NGMC, and Piedmont. Has anyone else applied or heard anything?

I can send you the information for the recruiter I spoke with.

If you could please! I would trying appreciate it so much! Where would you to communicate or send it through?

Hey, I just wanted to know, did you have to fly in to do an interview? And what kinds of questions were asked?

hey, no. I had a virtual interview. & it was the usual tell me about yourself, why nursing, time you had a conflict with a coworker, & strength & weaknesses. my interviewer was really nice & laid back.

Okay awesome! I had the recruiter reach out so hopefully I am able to get an interview and get a position at CHOA! I really would love to be there. I had a chance to be at the pediatric ED on Friday and loved it a lot so if I can get an option there too then I would do that too! I just want to go to the hospital in Sandy springs because we will live further north and that commute is better LOL

@Goofykid626 Did you get a response back yet? The recruiter said she just saw my video Friday so im guessing its probably in order of submission. I think I submitted my video on the 23rd or something like that.

my position is for the spalding campus, I'm touring in October. I heard it's a great hospital to work for! hopefully I hear something from Emory by then so that I can make a decision & find housing. I was looking into the Vinings/Smyrna area because that commute wouldn't be bad to either hospital.

Hey, no I didn't. Did you email her too? Does she have a number I can call or did she have a number in the email she responded back to you in?
