ATL Residency Spring 2024

Hi just wanted to start a thread for nurse residencies for Spring 2024 in Atlanta. I've applied to CHOA, Emory, Northside, NGMC, and Piedmont. Has anyone else applied or heard anything?

very unprofessional they said 24 to 72 hrs. I have other job offers but im trying to wait for them.

Just heard back from grady today! Accepted it can't wait to start!! Although the start date imo is really early, I have to start my NCLEX studying a little earlier. Good wishes to everyone else still interviewing/deciding

what did u get hired for and when is the NCLEX have to be taken

Congrats! Which unit and when will you start? If you don't mind, how much are they offering?

I'm on a medsurg floor, but the base is $38! Not sure what shift I'm on yet because I'm awaiting the award letter email but I got the call yesterday. Start date is Monday, February 19, 2024. So the NCLEX has to be taken prior to that date.

Congrats again, that's great! I am also going to take the NCLEX early as well due to my early start in February. How are you studying?
