Yes it's good but now they require you to have working experience to interview in that dept or 150 hrs of preceptorship.

Have you tried asking if you can have a virtual interview since you are out of state?

August 1st is when I applied, after that they had you attend a webex, then had a optional open house, and the last step which is the in person hiring event.

I just got mine 10 min ago. The program starts in April but that's for women's health. So possibly it may be for the other specialities as well.
