Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone had to retake the ATI fundamentals exam and if so, were the test essentially the same or was it a new test? Any feedback will be greatly appreciated, I need tips on how to pass the exam and not just focusing on the answers that I missed.

Thanks for replying, was the retake more difficult?

Its still a Fundamentals level test. You just will get different questions.

At my school if someone gets below a level 2, they do a remediation practice test. I didn't know that you could take the proctored twice with different questions. You are retaking a proctored?
Yes it's the proctored exam

After taking the Proctored Assessments, have you ever used the remediation feature that is next to your Assessment Report? There is a column to the right of the assessment reports called Focused Review. Click over where it says Create. Once you click create, it will take you to another page, don't mind what's on the page and just hit the button in the bottom right that says "Create focused review". There you will see a big list of topics for the items that you missed, with chapters and content you need to review. Hope this helps.
