Hello all, just a quick question...has anyone recently graduated nursing school and have to take the ATI RN predictor exit exam? I'm just freaking out because we don't have any info on it n I don't know how I should study. We recently had the ATI RN live review last week n I wanted to know is there anything else I should be doing?
We have to pass this test in order to graduate, so if anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks
Edit...sorry I think I put in the wrong forum, please move if u have to

I took it at FGCU in 2010. Study for it just as you would NCLEX.

If you have access to practice exams take those. Of yours is the same as mine it's all multiple choice and no select all that apply. Meds, labs, safety, skills .., also pedis OB etc. I honestly didn't think it was that bad and I find exams tough. Esp ATI

Blindly took it and got an 84%. However I retook the 2013 version for the hell of it and got a 74% chance to pass, they gave it to us before the live review... IDK why... to make us freak out??

We do not have access to a practice one...how many questions were on the test...both times u took it, did u find it difficult? We have to get in the 98th percentile to pass the class

wait... what? That doesnt make sense.... that would be impossible to be placed in the top 2% of all test takers to pass the class...
the predictor is a proctored exam

When it was explained to us they said we had to b in the 98th percentile, meaning we had to probably get around 77-80 individually. Not a 98% individually.
you mean a 98% predictor?
that means you need to score a 77.3% on it.
Is your class reviewing for it before hand?

Yes that's what I mean...we had the ati live review all last week our predictor is at the end of this week. Just didn't know what to expect, how many questions, etc...was it similar to the practice questions that we have been doing since the beginning. Those kinds of things...thanks also for replying so fast too
yea it is similar. If you had the live review, I guess I wouldnt worry. We had no review and had to blindly take the exam.
Ok, that sounds good, I think I'm doing too much overthinking about this test, three great thing is, if we don't pass this time e can take it again on 12/13 n still graduate. So we'll c how it goes!

Also, when you took the 2013 predictor just for fun, did you find that online somewhere? I would like to take a practice one before I take mine. Thanks!
