Hi, everyone! I just found this thread just a few minutes ago and also found out on Monday about my acceptance to the program! I am looking forward to learning more about the program and meeting everyone within the cohort at the orientation meeting! I should have all of my health paperwork ready but I am going to double-check to make sure that all of my health paperwork is in order and scanned into my computer. I love the support they are providing by having advisors available for accepted students to come in to make sure that the paperwork is acceptable to submit over the next few weeks. I believe we have to upload to a separate site and we will be provided the login information at a later time to the health document website. There is so much to do between now and the beginning of the semester like finishing my 2 remaining in-progress courses and find scholarships. BTW, does anybody have any nursing scholarship resources?

They will give you instructions on how to do it but you will most likely use castle branch to upload all the required documents. I cant remember the cost. Also, asu website has great resources for scholarships. I used it and it was very easy to use and narrow searches.

Congratulations to everyone who was accepted to the program. I'm in the current cohort and last year the previous cohort met with a few of us in Tempe to talk about the program and answer some of the many questions we had. I'd like to do the same for you and I'm sure several people in our cohort will be interested as well. I'll try to follow the comments here so we can get something organized.

Hey! @lariasvazquez I’d be interested in meeting up if there’s others that are also wanting to do so! Thanks so much for offering that, and congrats to you for almost being done!

@AngUnderwood I guess they heard me! ? SO EXCITED!

@lariasvazquez that would be very helpful! Thank you!

Is there anyone here that does not live in the Phoenix area? Also, is there anyone interested in exchanging numbers and creating group message? If so, cool. If not, also cool.

Let me know!

I am, also, interested. Curious about the schedules & students with kids. Also, where were most of the clinicals.

I live in Tempe (so in Phoenix area).
Interested in exchanging numbers & creating group message, but it might be more beneficial to create a Facebook Group (invite only & our phones wouldn't be blowing up). I know past cohorts had one just like this forum & then one for after acceptances that the current cohorts were involved into help the incoming cohort. However, I haven't been able to find any FB groups associated with the 2020 PBCNP cohort.

Ok, I created the FB page for our cohort! Should I post it here?

Is it a page or a group? Needs to be invite only, not for public.

I would also like to speak with any of the current 2019 cohort students.

I created a visible but private group on FB by invite only.
