ASU/NAU CEP

I was wondering if anyone out there is going to the application sessions in February? It would be nice to find people in the same boat as me :)

Just checking in! Has anyone that is going to ASU heard anything more? I had major issues with Maricopa sending my transcripts (had to send them 4 times) and I'm worried that I've missed some info since I'm still waiting to be accepted.

I had an issue with maricopa sending my transcripts to NAU. The guy I spoke with at Scottsdale CC said there was a glitch in their new system since it should send ALL your transcripts from every CC you attended in the district but it did not. I had to call the individual CC and have them sent again. Sounds like this is going to be an issue especially for people who attended several maricopa CCs.

Good luck with ASU and your orientation. I am doing the NAU CEP but am an ASU alum :)

I'm going to ASU and had my transcripts sent over from CGCC and my high school and I had no problem with that at all. I was accepted into ASU about two weeks ago. Then I had to submit my MMR verification, that got done and the hold was removed from my account on Friday, had to submit some documents for financial aid last week and that got taken care of and now registering for summer and fall classes TODAY! Finally!

ASU orientation will be May 20th.

Haven't heard from the community colleges yet but I think they will be sending info shortly because they are doing fall placements April 7th. So I'm sure we'll get more info around that time.

Thank you so much for the info. I attended CGCC, MCC, and Rio Salado and all of my transcripts weren't being sent all together like azgal81 said. Ugh what a nightmare. I already sent my mmr and financial aid over so hopefully everything will go smoothly now. The asu advisor that I was in contact with suddenly doesn't work there anymore so I was worried I've missed some stuff. Can't wait to finally get started! Hopefully I can sign up for classes soon too :)

Is that for ASU? Im trying to get a hold of an advisor at ASU and don't know who to reach out. I set out an email to the general nursing email but no one has gotten back to me

Bookworm apparently names are not allowed on AN, but there are 2 nursing advisors you need to email - they go by whatever your last name is.
