Well, the snow has made it up here in NH!!!:p

OH, HOW I LOVE SNOW!!!!!!:chuckle

If you are in the middle of this "Noreaster", what will you be doing today??????;) ;)

For me: keeping warm, cleaning house, starting to pack for my trip to FL (ACLS class and meeting my recruiter/company for the 1st time), cooking, and computer stuff!

IN BETWEEN: OUT IN THE SNOW!!!!!!:roll

Well for me I will be sleeping a little more in preparation for my shift tonight and Sunday. At about 3pm my husband and I are heading out to shovel out/off the car so I can make it to work. Should we work this hard to go to work?:chuckle

no just buckets of rain here in WA State....as usual.

glad to see somebody is excited about the snow....i must say the novelty has worn off for me growing up in northern canada and now living in central canada....just have to carry out your normal routine freezing your butt off...

LOVE THE SNOW,TOO!!!

Yep, home no work this weekend, yipee!!:)

getting alot of snow here in Connecticut. I really do enjoy the snow, always did. I am going to sit back and relax and enjoy the day. Husband is out, kids are over their friends for the night, so I am all alone. Yep, just me and the animals, lol.

I may do some baking later on. It's so quiet here and I am really just enjoying time alone. Answering machine on, so peace and quiet.

Hope everyone is home safe and sound.

Home, baking and shoveling. Actually my weekend off so don't have to get out and neither do DH or daughter (except sledding). Quality time with allnurses.com right now, then bills, then a good book, a cup of tea a candle and a lap blanket. (contented sigh).

I'm sulking at home watching my 2 yr old lose all his brain cells watching PBS kids all day long- am I a bad mom or WHAT! :)

Took the kids out for a good romp in the snow. Then went and shoveled off my elderly neighbors steps. Lastly, I built a mound for the kids to slide down. Of course I "had" to go down it first to smooth it out.

...........with the snow! I used to love it as a kid, and I loved it when my kids were small. And then I started having to drive in it and that kinda ruined my love....but then the old joints started talking back and that was when the serious dislike set in.

I do like to walk in a nice gentle snow, you know the one......with the big fluffy flakes. And I like to look at it right after it's done snowing and before it gets desicrated by humanity, especially on the evergreen trees in the front yard. And the dogs and cat are soooo entertaining in the snow but after that.....as we say in NY.....Ferget abowtit! (can ya hear that new yawk accent??) :D

mmhmmmmmm.... or a nice walk in the "sofltly crunchy/squeaky" snow.... when it squeaks beneath your boots...

"squeak, crunch... squeak, crunch.... squeak, crunch...."

Love that ! :D

But yes, it was SO much more fun when the kids were little... Stick them in an apple crate, add a rope, and off we'd go ! Little faces all red, little hats and mittens... loved those days !

Heck, I worked then, too. plus had two kids at home... why does it seem that life was so much simpler then?
