Some hospitals pay holiday pay and others dont..Just curious if yours is paying

at our facility, we are on a set schedule (at least us full-timers are).....3 on, 1 off, 3 on, 7 off...if we are SCHEDULED for a holiday, we get time and a half....if, however, someone else calls off and we are called in to cover, it is double time!! Saves the hospital alot of money by NOT having to call the travel nurse agency!!;)
