APU 2+2 SUMMER 2019

Hello, I just wanted to start a thread for APU 2+2 SUMMER 2019 cohort. That way we can all share admission experience, interviews, and acceptance. I turned in my application the beginning of January. Anyone else applied for this program and cohort??

So I called on Friday to see if they have started calling people, but, the lady I spoke to said they havnt but someone said they’ve already been accepted that same Friday. I don’t even know what to believe

I know I have been emailing the counselor Josiah and he keeps telling me the cohort hasn’t been chosen and notified but someone said they have already taken their competency test! So they clearly have already chosen the cohort? super frustrating thinking they haven’t made calls yet

I haven’t heard anything from the 2+2 program yet, but I’ve been accepted into the APU LVN to BSN program at the IE campus. It’s going to be a drive for me, but I think it will work out best for me.

Good for u. I was accepted too, but my start date is August 26th and alternate for the summer 2019. I took my competency Test on the 21st at the IE. once again congrats.

Did they give u an option take the nutrition and pharmacology test let me know how it goes thanks.

@Queenta Daba I had my competency test on 3/21 in the IE as well. We must’ve been in the same group. Yes, everyone has the option to test out of nutrition and pharmacology Each test is $100. I am not sure if I’m going to attempt to test out.

The waiting times vary because they interview so many people. Don’t worry they will notify with plenty of time for you to get what you need together. I know it’s hard to wait but the wait will be even harder when you’re waiting for your ATT (authorization to test for your NCLEX) and then waiting for your NCLEX results ? enjoy the process because before you know it, it’ll all be over!

I received a call from Josiah of the 2+2 program. He left me a message telling me that I was accepted into the program. I’ve decided on the LVN to BSN program so I won’t be starting in the High Desert program. Good luck to everyone anxiously waiting for the phone call! The calls should be coming very soon if you haven’t already heard something ☺️??
