Hi Everyone!
I don't see a thread for prospective students for Azusa Pacific University's ELM program for the Summer 2018 so I decided to start one.
I am Iliana and I submitted my completed application back in May. As the deadline approaches July 1st, I hope we can support each other and update one another as we move through the process of applying, interviewing, and getting admitted!
Someone else in the thread was saying they would be calling us in September, but I remember them saying August as well. I'm hoping sooner rather than later. So anxious to find out!
Hi @Britknee, what location did you apply too? I applied to the Monrovia campus and they told me they would notify us beginning of September.
I just received an automatically generated email from APU saying my status has been changed to "student". I haven't received any other correspondence. Usually you get a letter saying "Congratulations!". Not sure what to think about this....
Anyone else get the below email???

Greetings,
We wanted to let you know that we have updated your APU Network Account to reflect your status as an APU student.
As a reminder, your APU NetID is XXXXXXXX. In light of this change, you may notice some differences the next time you log into home.apu.edu.
Students:
All APU related communication will now go to your APU email address: xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
As you are expected to check this email account frequently (see: Student Email Policy), we recommend that you become familiar with APU Gmail. There are great benefits to using APU Gmail as your primary email address while you study at APU, however, if you would like to receive your email on a personal account, you can follow the instructions to forward your mail to another account automatically.
If you are a faculty or staff member who has started taking classes, your email setup has not changed.
If you no longer know the password associated with your APU Network Account, then you can either use our online Account Recovery Service or contact the IMT Support Desk and request a password reset.
