APU ELM Summer 2018

Hi Everyone!

I don't see a thread for prospective students for Azusa Pacific University's ELM program for the Summer 2018 so I decided to start one.

I am Iliana and I submitted my completed application back in May. As the deadline approaches July 1st, I hope we can support each other and update one another as we move through the process of applying, interviewing, and getting admitted!

I had my interview July 26th. I was surprised they called today because they also told me they would be letting us know till September.

That was a quick! I had my interview at the IE campus on 7/6. Still waiting to hear back.

Congratulations!! That's exciting news! :) I'm also surprised they are starting to contact those that applied to the main campus. I had my interview Aug 2nd, so hopefully I hear back soon as well.

I got in today @ the Azusa campus too. It'll be a Glendora (626) number. Before the phone call I got some email telling me to set up my network account and stuff. Totally forgot when I interviewed tho, sorry! Unfortunately I'm too poor to afford rent on top of tuition so luckily I got into a school nearby in orange county! Good luck to everyone else!!

Hi everyone! This is my first time posting but I too was accepted into the ELM program for the Summer of 2018! I got a call today around 1:00pm but they didn't actually tell me which campus I was admitted into which was kind of weird. I guess I'll wait for a letter in the mail unless anyone knows an easier way to find out! Congrats to those of you who have been accepted; it is such an accomplishment! For those of you who are still waiting, stay hopeful! Can't wait to meet all of you in my cohort!

For those who were accepted, what does the network page look like? Does it say anything specific about being accepted?

Thank you!! I interviewed at the main campus on July 19. Don't be nervous! Timing doesn't guarantee an acceptance or denial. You got this!

Hi! I got a call on the 15th about my admittance. Like someone else before me, they also didn't specify for which campus/term, and I called back to clarify that it was for Summer 2018 on the main campus.

Hey everyone!

I got a letter from APU today stating that I had been denied admission to the program. I'm a bit bummed out but I also figured I'd get denied - I had so many issues with my transcripts and my application wasn't complete until July 20th. Anyway, this means all of you should be hearing something soon. Best of luck and congratulations on getting accepted to the program. I'm going to reapply for Fall 2018.
