APU ELM Spring 2019

Hello everyone,

I am in the process of applying to APU ELM program for Spring of 2019. I was just looking to connect to other applicants. I will be applying to the main campus. If anyone has any questions feel free to post, I have found the older forums from previous cohorts to be very helpful when looking for advice.

I called inland empire and the person I spoke to stated that they haven't submitted the list to admissions yet!

Meaning not everyone has received emails yet?

Im not sure, I called and explained the email I received and told her I was trying to confirm that I was admitted and if I was for what term and campus and she said that she hadn't submitted her list yet and she looked and said I wasn't on it. She told me that email doesn't mean I was accepted. Then I explained to her how when I go through the portal now it lists my program as ELM, nursing, nurse practitioner and where it used to say Spring 2019 it now says Fall 2018. She said thats odd because they admitted fall 2018 last year, I explained during my interview they asked if I would be willing to start earlier if a spot became available and I said yes. She stated that it sounded hopeful for me but I wasn't on her list for IE and that letters would go out next week.

Ok called main campus, I was admitted for Fall 2018!

Congrats everyone! For those who haven't heard back yet don't lose hope, it looks like previous cohorts heard about acceptance in waves. Keeping my fingers crossed for everyone :)

Just got an email confirmation from my adviser that I was accepted into main campus for spring '19.

@aschreiman who did you speak to at main campus? Everyone is saying William is out and he was my advisor. I could contact A Persad as well I suppose.

So I just got a call from Azusa telling me I was admitted. I told them I had accepted westerns offer so one more spot is open!
