So the deadline for Azusa Pacific's ELM program is just a couple days away!
Any other fellow applicants out there? I was wondering if the March 1st deadline is strictly for a Spring 2015 start date, or if there's any possibility of an earlier start? January of next year just seems soooo far away.
Can you give some more details Ofelia? I'm assuming most of us are aware of the price tag and the religious affiliation while applying.
I'm so scared guys! I haven't gotten anything about an interview yet. How did yours go? What other questions did they ask? and how did you manage to answer with the religious questions?
My interview was about 15 minutes. Mostly about how great the school is. I think for me it was just a slam dunk. I felt they were eager to get me as a student, and pay the tuition. They did mention they were a Christian school. Remember there is no perfect Christian. The school was not a good fit for me. It may be for you. No I cannot give specifics because these were my personal experiences, and I do not want to make slander statements about the school.
I had mine on friday, and they offered me a spot in summer 2014 so I start this May!!! They asked questions like why I want to be a nurse. I didnt get asked any religious questions. They also asked what I expected the program to be like. And then the 2 essay questions. If I could choose 2 people dead or alive fiction or non fiction who would they be and what would you talk about. And what are mt professional goals as a nurse. It was 4eally laied back. I hope that helps
Hello guys after reading your comments I'm nervous. I applied for spring 2015 inland empire campus and was called today for an advising appt. I'm not sure if this is the interview you all are talking about but I really hope it is because aside from this advising appt I would have to wait for an interview?....

I was there one semester and had a horrible experience. It was a Christian school with a big price tag. This was my experience. It may be different for you.I also was a preceptor for a graduate student and I felt that the professor from APU was mean to the student. Good luck.
