This is a forum for those who applied to APU ELM Fall 2021 program! I applied to the main campus.

Just received an email to schedule an online interview - anyone else?

I got mine immediately after my interview finished.

I feel the same way about the interview but my interviewer was super nice! I feel like our conversation was a good 15mins though and the rest was just about the program, the writing prompt and if I had any questions. In total it was about 30 mins and then I had another 25ish mins for the writing prompt. Which it seems like I was the only one that had one? ? my interview was a few days after the deadline so maybe they got rid of the prompt for everyone else but I’m not sure. Just trying to stay positive until Dec! 

Yea not sure why a lot of us didn't get one, maybe they're tired of us LOL ? Did you submit your app really early? I didn't get an interview invite until 2 weeks after submitting it.

I just got one this morning. I literally submitted my application a few days before it was due. So I don’t know how they determine when they send it

@t.winna LOL surprisingly I submitted my app sept 26 and got an email for an interview 3 days after. It seems to be different for each person but who knows

Not from him, might be at a different campus from you, but I did as well. Not entirely sure what it means it was vary vague.

Hi guys! 

I'm new to this thread but very lucky to have found it! I interviewed for APU main campus back in late September for fall 2021. I've noticed some of you guys are still interviewing and I'm a little worried my interview was so long ago that they forgot who I am LOL. I guess they do waves of interviews? I felt my interview went alright, overall, however I feel like could've preformed much stronger. I also got the email from --------------------- for the post-interview form. Great to meet you all!

Based on things I have read on here I would agree they interview in waves, but I think they might give us all answers within a week. My interviewer said for Fall 2021 we would know "by Christmas" so...mid-December I am assuming. I  also received the post-interview form.

Its basically just confirming that you agree to complete the classes you are currently taking. Im currently taking one prerequisite, so I'm assuming only the people who are in a prerequisite need to complete it.
