Hello,

This is a forum for those who applied to APU ELM Fall 2021 program! I applied to the main campus.

Just received an email to schedule an online interview - anyone else?

Specializes in Kinesiology.

Well, I'm sure you got in. Hopefully we both get in the program. Everybody else on here seems to be going to SD or main campus. Did you apply anywhere else? I applied to CBU but haven't heard anything.

I hope we hear back soon ?? I’m not sure if they’re being delayed cause of COVID but in the previous cohorts people were hearing back early-mid December

Hi everyone! I hope everyone’s doing well. Has anyone heard anything about admissions? I am anxiously waiting ?

I read that last year's cohort received their letters on December 6th. So hopefully we'll hear back within the next week or two!

Hi Meghan! 
I wouldn’t expect anything this week since the week is almost over. During the interview, the estimate time they told me would be a week or two before Christmas.  If anything, I would say middle of next week should start hearing some news. Good-luck to you! I been stress eating ?

Thank you!! And haha I have been too and I’m blaming it on “the holidays.”

Hi all! I am so anxious to hear back! I am constantly refreshing my email LOL. I had my interview back in October, and I had a writing prompt, not too bad. I applied to the SD campus, but I have 3 more prerequisites to complete in the Spring, I hope that doesn't affect my admission ?

Hi Jackie!

I hope all is going well with your prerequisites! I don’t think that will affect your admission reading from previous forums a lot of students were accepted with pending classes. Myself, still working on my last one.  A few on us on this forum received a follow up email stating we would complete the classes still needed marked by our interviewer. If you received the email from Judith I believe the subject line was Pre-admission agreement II. I hope to start hearing back from them this week, I haven’t been able to sleep very well as we get closer to the deadline they gave us! I wish the best for you. GoodLuck

thanks for your response! I haven’t received the pre-admissions agreement, and now that I think about it, I don’t remember ever submitting the pre-admission agreement that they sent for us to sign before the interview ?

No problem! I wouldn’t look too much into it, each campus operates a little different. For example, you had a writing prompt and I did not. I applied to the inland empire campus. 
I am sure you did great on your interview.
