Approx timelines from UK to the US

Trying hard to work out a timeline so I can work out a realistic time for selling our house (don't want to sell too early as have 3 dogs and trouble finding renting willing to take dogs) plus giving notice at work as I have to give 3 months.

I know will only be approx but if RN's from the UK who have already arrived in the US put down their timescale plus the ones already in the process still in the UK would be a big help and may also help those beginning their process

well lawyers been in touch and has written approval notice so now waiting for NVC to get in touch.. not sure how long that will take lawyer says between 30-90 days

well been in touch with NVC and automated system says fee letter was generated on the 18th Sept so now got to wait to hear from them so I cona confirm lawyer is acting on my behalf

a few of us were really caught up in a hold up i140 wise most waited six months but some waited alot longer!

Visa bill paid...Aug 2006

DS-230 (packet 3) sent...Oct 2006

DS-230 recieved by NVC...Oct 13th 2006

Case completed....

File sent to London....

Interview date.....

Finally, packet 3 received by NVC, at least thats one step nearer!!:monkeydance:
