Applying to UCLA MECN to start Fall 2015?

Hi! Is anyone applying to UCLA's MECN program? Last year I applied and wasn't accepted. I believe they accepted around 12%. They had 70 spaces down from 90 the previous year.

Has anyone checked in with them very recently? Can we still expect to hear back about getting in by late Feb as they had told someone a few weeks ago?

@Hanabiwabi I e-mailed them a few days ago and have yet to hear back so I have no idea.

So I got a response to my email stating that we will get our admission status via email mid March.

So I got a response to my email stating that we will get our admission status via email mid March.

I emailed one of the recruitment coordinators as well. He emailed me back today saying we could get our admission status next week at the earliest. 😊

Thank you all! Good luck to everyone~ UCLA is terribly difficult to get in so I'm not going to keep my hopes up too high!

@ElizabethH736 I hope you're right. I think the recruiter I'm speaking of is a female. Not quite sure from the name. Next week sounds a lot better though! I'm not keeping my hopes up about acceptance either :/
