Hello all~
I'm working very hard to see if I can enter SWIC nursing program for Fall 2011. I would like to make of this thread a place where we can give each other support. Right now I'm taking a couple of classes ;Chemistry & Psychology until October and then I start Microbiology, Developmental Psychology, and Sociology until December plus the CNA course in November. I'm going bananas with all the credits and amount of work I'm dealing with. I'm committed to this but I have to confess I'm so scared I will not reach my goal and not have enough points in the end after all the effort. Thank God I can express myself here because I think no one around me understands what I'm going through to make it happen.
Hey I just found this site and registered. I applied to start Fall of 2010, and missed getting in by .5 point. So I reapplied this year, and am still waiting on to see if I got in. After retaking a class I got 18 points this go around, so I am hoping for the best. Anyway, I wanted to let you all know that last year we got our letter about the 15th of April. So that is the deadline I am hoping to get a letter by. I wish you all luck and hope to see you this summer!
Tic Toc Tic Toc....Question: Does anyone else have required classes they still need to take along with the nursing classes all while needing to work many hours a week? This is a big concern of mine.
The wait is killer...you know they HAVE to know by now who is in and who isn't in. I wish they would just let us call and find out!
I started school last December and finished this December with all the required classes. So if I get in, I only need to take nursing classes.

has anyone called to get an idea of when they will be sending them out? I have been watching my mailbox like a hawk!
