It wasn't so bad... They were really nice and non-intimidating, which put me at ease. But I could have used another 15 minutes to feel really good about my essay! Guess we'll just keep on waiting - they said letters go out the week of May 16th :)
That's good to know we won't have to wait until June to find out! Glad to hear they were nice and non-intimidating. Was it hard to find parking? I have never been to the campus, so I am planning on getting there early.
The parking really depends on what time your essay is scheduled. I went got there around 1:45, and had no issue finding a spot. Parking is tough in the mornings, for 9am and 11 am classes, then it tends to settle down a little after lunchtime. I would get there early, just to be safe. There are a bunch of lots to park in around the HT building - you can look on a map and see where they are. Good luck!
So I took the PCC essay today ... hopefully I get in! Fingers crossed. It's non intimidating, but the nerves got the best of me at the beginning and it was hard to type, ha! But I think it went well, plus I got there like 3 hours early and did like 10 practice essays.
Al, the parking situation always stinks! Plan ahead of time, it doesn't hurt to be early. I was there around 10:40 and there was nothing left .. basically. It took me like 20 minutes to find a spot. Just plan ahead :) or take the bus 44 that takes you directly in front of the school.
